Why Shop The Look isn't showing up on my store?
The app doesn't support all themes automatically. However, you can manual setup the app to be shown in specifc place on your store. Please have a look at the following video guide for more details. We also have some examples for how the app integrates with different themes. Do I need to edit my theme code?
The app will automatically tries to guess where to place the button in your product details page. In case this fails, please contact our support through the chat icon below or by emailing us at contact@shopthelookapp.com.
What's going to change on my product page?
You can choose the option to show the app as a section in of your product details page. We call that the "embedded" layout. You can choose the option from layout. Alternatively, you can use the popup option. From the settings page, you can either choose to choose a CTA button on the product page to open the popup or automatically load the popup after page load. You can also choose both options.
Why no products show up in the modal?
If you have the app enabled, make sure you have at least one products in the your created looks. Go to Looks list, and check if the main product is already defined (you can click "View in store" to see it in your store.
How can I customise my "Shop The Look" button on my product page?
You can update the button text and background color from the app settings. Also, you can add your own custom CSS styling from the settings page.
Would this app affects my current site performance?
No. This app loads only after your product page has been fully loaded.
I can't figure out how to make the button look good on my store, can you help me?
